Each year, our members nominate and recognize outstanding IRMCA Members with five prestigious Individual Awards:
E.B. Rayburn, Jr. Award: This award pays tribute to exceptional leadership and groundbreaking marketing efforts within Indiana's ready mixed concrete industry. Named after E.B. Rayburn, Jr., a visionary whose forward-thinking paved the way for effective industry marketing.
Hall of Fame Award – IRMCA Producer Member: Presented to individuals who generously dedicate their time and energy to advancing both the association and the industry. These recipients exemplify unwavering dedication through active involvement in IRMCA and the local community, shaping the industry's future.
Carl D. Franks Award – Cement Producer: Recognizing outstanding contributions and marketing efforts by a member of the Portland Cement Industry within Indiana. Established in 1985, this award honors Carl D. Franks, an Indiana native who dedicated his professional career to promoting concrete.
Associate of The Year – IRMCA Associate Member: This prestigious award celebrates individuals who've devoted a significant part of their lives to Indiana's concrete industry. They are employees of IRMCA Associate Member companies, contributing expertise and passion to industry growth.
Producer of The Year – IRMCA Producer Members: This IRMCA-chosen award symbolizes the dedication and active engagement of an IRMCA Producer Company Member. It highlights their invaluable contributions to the ready mixed concrete industry, underscoring their leadership and commitment to the association.
