Registration is now open for the 2025 Preseason INDOT/Industry Regional Meetings!
INDOT Division of Materials & Tests has scheduled 3 regional joint preseason Aggregate, HMA and Concrete meetings coming up on March 4, 5, and 6, 2025. The meetings will provide a forum to present changes and updates to aggregate and HMA. Please invite anyone in your organization who could benefit from attending.
If you can’t attend the meeting in your Region, feel free to attend either of the other two district meetings.
CAPP Technicians will receive credit for attending the Regional meeting for renewal of their certification. If you are unable to attend one of the preseason meetings, a video will be made available at a later date for CAPP certification renewal.

- 9:00 AM ET - Check-in (Required for CAPP Certification Renewal)
- 9:30 AM ET - Aggregate Updates
- 10:20 AM ET - HMA Updates
- 11:10 AM ET - Concrete Updates
- 12:00 PM ET - Joint lunch for Industry & INDOT
A complimentary lunch will be provided by the associations at each location after the conclusion of the presentations. Please indicate on your registration if you will be attending the lunch. This is a perfect time to network with industry peers, customers and INDOT personnel.
