The Commercial Project Award at the IRMCA 2025 Short Course celebrates a true game-changer: the Terre Haute Casino. Constructed by imi, F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company, and Feutz Contractors, Inc., this project showcases excellence in commercial concrete construction.

With 18,728 cubic yards of concrete, this 400,000-square-foot luxury hotel and gaming facility is a cornerstone of economic growth in Terre Haute, Indiana. Boasting 122 hotel rooms, five restaurants, and an outdoor pool complex, the casino has created nearly 600 jobs and invigorated local tourism and businesses.
