Community Use Award 2024

The IRMCA 2025 Short Course recognized imi with the Community Use Project Award for their outstanding work on the Bike & Pedestrian Facilities in Beech Grove, Indiana. This half-mile pedestrian trail and bike path, built around Beech Grove High School, not only enhances accessibility but also incorporates innovative construction methods like a Geocell Retaining Wall for erosion control and a checkered pattern of integral color concrete for a visually striking design.

In partnership with Midwest Paving, Cross Roads Engineers, the City of Beech Grove , and INDOT, imi successfully completed this project while ensuring minimal disruptions to students. Their commitment to quality and community-driven infrastructure continues to make a lasting impact.
