Shelby Materials has been honored with the 2024 Healthcare Project Award at the IRMCA Short Course for their outstanding work on Carmel MOB at the Bridges.
This three-story medical office building required 900 cubic yards of concrete, including a 1,700-square-foot radiation vault with 70 tons of rebar and walls up to 8 feet thick. With the help of Manor Bros Concrete Work, Cornerstone Construction Group, and American Structure Point, this project set new standards for strength and precision in healthcare construction.
