2024 is in full swing for the IRMCA and this year has been great so far. We continue working hard to keep you updated about our association's exciting events and the IRMCA's continued digital improvements.
As your Executive Director, my goals for the IRMCA include increasing member participation and ensuring the educational goals of the IRMCA align with our member needs — your needs. We've launched our committees and so far-the feedback has been great. I cannot thank each of you enough for your time and efforts regarding the committees. We look forward to seeing all of you at our upcoming events!
As part of a larger goal for the 2024-2025 year, the formation and building of committees has taken center stage. This initiative, consisting of producer and associate members, provides association participation opportunities, networking, and the ability to address industry-related education, issues, events.

Our committees just finished up formalizing committees and the 2nd quarter meetings. Whether the events included "Concrete Days" for local high schools, or Construction Camps held at a university campus, our Promotions Committees have done their best to keep concrete and the IRMCA top of mind for Indiana Students. We are looking forward to learning what they will be working on in the coming months.
We also are looking forward to updates from our Technical Education and Safety & Environmental Committees as they help plan future educational events and tackle industry-related issues.
