These respected awards are a testament to the remarkable individuals who continually work to help shape and grow Hoosier Concrete Culture.

Nomination submitters are encouraged to include as much detail as possible about their nominated individual. Explain what makes your IRMCA Member unique and invaluable to the industry and their member company.

E.B. Rayburn, Jr. Award: This award commemorates exceptional leadership and pioneering marketing efforts within Indiana's ready mixed concrete industry. Named in honor of E.B. Rayburn, Jr., whose visionary outlook provided a platform for effective product and service marketing in the industry.

Hall of Fame Award – IRMCA Producer Member: Presented to individuals who selflessly devote their time and energy to advancing both the association and the industry. These recipients exhibit unwavering dedication in their active involvement in IRMCA and the local community, as they shape the future of the industry.

Carl D. Franks Award – Cement Producer: Recognizing outstanding contributions and marketing efforts by a member of the Portland Cement Industry, within Indiana. Established in 1985, this award pays tribute to Hoosier Native, Carl D. Franks, who dedicated his professional career to promoting concrete.

Associate of The Year – IRMCA Associate Member: This prestigious award celebrates individuals who have dedicated a significant part of their lives to the Indiana concrete industry. These individuals are employees of IRMCA Associate Member companies, contributing their expertise and passion to the industry's growth.

Producer of The Year – IRMCA Producer Members: The Producer of the Year Award serves as a testament to the dedication and active engagement of an IRMCA Producer Company Member. It highlights their invaluable contributions to the ready mixed concrete industry, symbolizing their leadership and commitment to the association. The Producer of the Year Award is not eligible for nomination. The IRMCA Staff will determine the Member Award Winner based on association activity and the IRMCA points criteria.
